The IXCY10M35S is IC CURRENT REGULATOR DPAK, that includes IXC Series, they are designed to operate with a Tube Packaging, Package Case is shown on datasheet note for use in a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63, it has an Operating Temperature range of -55°C ~ 150°C, Mounting Type is designed to work in Surface Mount, as well as the Current Regulator Function, the device can also be used as TO-252AA Supplier Device Package. In addition, the Current Output is 10mA.
