Overview

The µPD4991A is a CMOS integrated circuit that has the ability to input/output 4-bit parallel time data and calendar data to/from a microcomputer and includes an alarm function.Its reference oscillation frequency is 32.768 kHz. Hour, minute, second, year, month, day, and date data is stored internally.The µPD4991A consumes 30 % less power than the µPD4991.

(VDD = 2.4 V)
